The flagship build. An agent that absorbs how your business works across departments and answers instantly — so the knowledge isn't trapped in one person's head or a folder no one opens. The institutional knowledge a new hire takes months to absorb — available instantly, business-wide.
AR/AP Reconciliation Agent
An agent that matches invoices and payments and flags the mismatches — the monthly grind, handled. Automates the reconciliation a bookkeeper does by hand every month.

Build a CRM or HR portal wired to your data, then a multi-department Company Brain.
Week 3
AR/AP reconciliation
Build the AR/AP reconciliation agent — then the exact process to rebuild it all on your own data.
By the end, you'll have built a working Company Brain and reconciliation agent on our sample data — and you'll have the exact step-by-step process, plus our guidance, to build your own on your real data. We coach. You build, by your own hands. We never touch your systems or your data.
Every track includes

Nothing runs on our side. If you choose to rebuild what you learned on your own laptop or systems, you'd run it yourself — typically $200+/mo or more for the LLM and tools (Claude Code, Codex, and the like), paid to those providers, not to us.

Will you build my company's software?
No — we coach, you build. You'll do it on our sample data first, then have the exact process and our guidance to rebuild on your own data. We never touch your systems. If you need more hands-on help after the cohort, you can come to us for paid one-on-one coaching — just book a call below.
Do I need a technical background?
Yes, for Track 2. It requires a basic, working knowledge of Python, SQL, and Git — you'll be building apps and data-driven tools, so these are a real prerequisite, not optional. You don't need to be a developer or an expert, but you should already be comfortable with the basics of all three. (Track 1 needs no technical background at all — it's built for business users.)
What will it cost to run after the program?
Nothing during the program — you build on the tools and keys we provide. If you later choose to implement what you learned on your own laptop or internal systems, you'd run it yourself and may incur $200+/mo or more for the LLM and tools (Claude Code, Codex, and the like) — paid to those providers, not to us.
How much time per week?
About 2 hours of live sessions each week — but plan for more than that. The live time guides you; you'll also work through the recorded tutorials and build on your own between sessions, so the live hours alone won't be enough. Budget a few extra hours a week for hands-on practice.
What's the difference between Track 1 and Track 2?
Track 1 (AI Operations & Automations Builder) covers inbox, automations, and assistants. Track 2 (AI Apps & Products Builder) covers websites, CRM, and a Company Brain. Take both as the full Agentic AI Builder program.
Cancellation policy: Seats are limited to keep it hands-on. A full refund, less a 5% payment-processing fee, if you cancel 7+ days before the cohort starts; within 7 days it's non-refundable, but you're welcome to transfer your seat to the next cohort.
