View this track →By the end, you'll have built working agents and software across both tracks on our sample data — and you'll have the exact step-by-step process, plus our guidance, to build your own on your real data. We coach. You build, by your own hands. We never touch your systems or your data.
Every track includes
Live + recorded tutorials
2 hrs/week live with us, plus recorded tutorials you work through on your own between sessions. The live time guides you — the real building happens in your own practice, so the live hours alone won't be enough.
Community + support
A Skool community and direct email support across the program.
Tools covered
All the API keys and tools you need for the program.
You build it
We coach; you build, by hand. We never touch your systems or data.
Nothing runs on our side. If you choose to rebuild what you learned on your own laptop or systems, you'd run it yourself — typically $200+/mo or more for the LLM and tools (Claude Code, Codex, and the like), paid to those providers, not to us.
✅ A great fit if…
- You want both operational leverage and real software — the whole picture.
- You can commit ~2 hrs/week across six weeks and build alongside us.
- You want the best value and the most access — the whole program in one go.
🚫 Probably not if…
- You only need one side right now — take a single track and add the other later.
- You want us to build and run everything for you (we coach; you build).

Questions
Why take both tracks instead of one?
You get operations and software across the full six-week program — the best value and the most access.
Do I need a technical background?
Track 1 needs none — plain English for non-technical business users. Track 2 requires a basic, working knowledge of Python, SQL, and Git — a real prerequisite, since you'll be building apps and data-driven tools. You don't need to be a developer or an expert, but you should already know the basics of all three.
What will it cost to run after the program?
Nothing during the program — you build on the tools and keys we provide. If you later choose to implement what you learned on your own laptop or internal systems, you'd run it yourself and may incur $200+/mo or more for the LLM and tools (Claude Code, Codex, and the like) — paid to those providers, not to us.
How much time per week?
About 2 hours of live sessions each week across the six weeks — but plan for more than that. The live time guides you; you'll also work through the recorded tutorials and build on your own between sessions, so the live hours alone won't be enough. Budget a few extra hours a week for hands-on practice.
Cancellation policy: Seats are limited to keep it hands-on. A full refund, less a 5% payment-processing fee, if you cancel 7+ days before the cohort starts; within 7 days it's non-refundable, but you're welcome to transfer your seat to the next cohort.
