Questions

What is the AI Skills Cohort?

A hands-on, six-week program from LasaAI — authors of Engineering Reliable AI Agents & Workflows. It runs as two three-week tracks: Track 1 (AI Operations & Automations Builder) and Track 2 (AI Apps & Products Builder). You build real AI yourself, in your own hosted lab on our sample data — then leave with the exact process to rebuild it on your own systems, your side.

Which track should I pick?

Track 1 (AI Operations & Automations Builder) is for non-technical business users — no coding background needed. If you want to automate your inbox, scheduling, browser tasks, and assistants in plain English, this is your track. Track 2 (AI Apps & Products Builder) is for building software — websites, a CRM or HR portal, a Company Brain, and reconciliation — and it needs some past exposure to code: if you wrote code or SQL at any point in your career, even 15 years ago, you're ready — we handle the rust. Never touched code at all? Take Track 1 instead. Take both as the full Agentic AI Builder program for the best value.

How much does it cost?

Each single track lists at $1,500 — the first 2 seats in each cohort go at the $1,350 early-bird price. The full program — both tracks, the Agentic AI Builder — lists at $3,000, with the first 2 seats at $2,700 early-bird. If you need an employer invoice, we'll send one.

Do I need a technical background?

Track 1 needs no technical background — it's built for non-technical business users, in plain English. Track 2 needs some past exposure: a basic knowledge of Python, SQL, and Git — and if you wrote code or SQL at any point in your career, even 15 years ago, you're ready; we handle the rust. Never touched code at all? Take Track 1 instead.

Will you build my company's AI for me?

No — we coach, you build. You'll build everything yourself in your own hosted lab on our sample data — your systems and your data never enter it. You leave with the exact step-by-step process and our guidance to rebuild on your own data, on your side. We point, you build. If you need more hands-on help after the cohort, you can come to us for paid one-on-one coaching — just book a call below.

Will you solve my specific use case?

No — we'll show you where and how to apply what you've learned, and you build it. A solution we hand you dies when we leave; one you build, you can maintain.

How big is each cohort?

Just 6 seats per cohort, so it stays hands-on. Your seat is confirmed once payment clears.

Do you offer team or nonprofit pricing?

Yes. A team runs as a private cohort — same curriculum, same schedule, no strangers in the room, so your team can discuss real workflows openly. Up to 3 seats — $9,000 for the full program, or $5,000 for a single track. One invoice, one decision; extra seats at list price. Registered nonprofits get 50% off any track or the full program. Both are arranged on a quick call.

What will it cost to run after the program?

During the program, your own lab environment and all tooling are covered — nothing to install, works from any machine. You practice on our sample data; your systems and your data never enter the lab. Afterward, if you want to run the tools yourself, we show you how they're set up — plan on roughly $200+/mo depending on usage, for the LLM and tools (Claude Code, Codex, and the like), paid to those providers, not to us.
