The Apps · 3 weeksOpenAI Codex + Claude CodeYou build it — by hand

Build the software your business needs — without an engineering team.

Three weeks, hands-on: build a Company Brain, a data-driven CRM or HR portal, a modern website, and an AR/AP reconciliation agent — on our sample data first, then your own.

You used to build. Then you became a calendar. These tools just made building accessible again.

⚡ Only 6 seats this cohort — first come, first confirmed

3 weeks · ~2 hrs/week live + guided practice · Online · live + recorded · join link emailed before the cohort starts

Prerequisite: Basic knowledge of Python, SQL & Git

If you wrote code or SQL at any point in your career — even 15 years ago — you're ready. We handle the rust.

What you'll build

01

Foundations of Agentic AI

How agents reason and build on OpenAI Codex + Claude Code — the mental model that lets you direct them with confidence, no CS degree required.

02

A Modern Multimedia Website

Design and ship a fast, polished, content-rich site — built by directing the agent, not hand-coding it.

03

A Data-Driven CRM or HR Portal

Stand up a real internal app — a customer CRM or an employee/HR portal — wired to your data model and the workflows your team actually runs.

04

A Multi-Department "Company Brain"

The flagship build. An agent that absorbs how your business works across departments and answers instantly — so the knowledge isn't trapped in one person's head or a folder no one opens. The institutional knowledge a new hire takes months to absorb — available instantly, business-wide.

05

AR/AP Reconciliation Agent

An agent that matches invoices and payments and flags the mismatches — the monthly grind, handled. Automates the reconciliation a bookkeeper does by hand every month. The same patterns extend to your document workflows: quotes, invoices, proposals.

How the weeks run

Week 1

Foundations & your first shipped app

Log in to your hosted lab (nothing to install), get oriented on Codex + Claude Code, learn to direct a coding agent, and build & ship a modern multimedia website on sample data.

Week 2

A data-driven CRM or HR portal

One build, done properly. Design a real internal app against a data model — a customer CRM or an employee/HR portal — and wire in the workflows a team would actually use.

Week 3

Company Brain, AR/AP capstone, keeping it running & demo day

Build the multi-department Company Brain and the AR/AP reconciliation capstone. Then keep your builds running — spotting when an agent is wrong, error handling, cost monitoring, guardrails — plus how to set up Codex and Claude Code on your own when you're ready — and close by demoing your build on demo day.

By the end, you'll have built a working Company Brain and reconciliation agent in your own hosted lab on our sample data — and you'll have the exact step-by-step process, plus our guidance, to build your own on your real data. We point, you build — by your own hands. Your systems and your data never enter the lab.

Every track includes

Live + recorded tutorials

2 hrs/week live with us, plus recorded tutorials you work through on your own between sessions. The live time guides you — the real building happens in your own practice, so the live hours alone won't be enough.

Community + support

A Skool community and direct email support across the program.

Your own lab environment included

Nothing to install, works from any machine, identical setup for everyone. All tooling covered for the program.

You build it

We point, you build — by hand, with us coaching. We never touch your systems or data.

You practice in our dedicated lab on sample data — your systems and your data never enter it. What you build for real, you build and run on your side. After the program, if you want to run the tools yourself, we show you how they're set up — plan on roughly $200+/mo depending on usage, for the LLM and tools (Claude Code, Codex, and the like), paid to those providers, not to us.

✅ A great fit if…

  • You want to build real software — websites, CRM, internal apps, a Company Brain — without hiring engineers.
  • You can spare ~2 hrs/week and you're happy to build with us guiding you.
  • You've got basic Python, SQL & Git — or you used to: if you wrote code or SQL at any point in your career, even 15 years ago, you're ready. We handle the rust.

🚫 Probably not if…

  • You mainly want inbox, scheduling, and assistant automations (that's Track 1).
  • You want us to build and run the software for you (we point; you build).

Questions

Will you build my company's software?

No — that's the point. We're coaches. You build it yourself, by your own hands, in your own hosted lab on our sample data — your systems and your data never enter it. What you build for real, you build and run on your side, and you leave with the exact process and our guidance to rebuild it on your own data. If you need more hands-on help after the cohort, you can come to us for paid one-on-one coaching — just book a call below.

Will you solve my specific use case?

No — we'll show you where and how to apply what you've learned, and you build it. A solution we hand you dies when we leave; one you build, you can maintain.

Do I need a technical background?

Some past exposure helps here — a basic knowledge of Python, SQL, and Git. And if you wrote code or SQL at any point in your career — even 15 years ago — you're ready; we handle the rust. You direct coding agents — Codex and Claude Code — in plain language, and the agent writes the code. Never touched code at all? Start with Track 1 — it's the no-code on-ramp.

What will it cost to run after the program?

Nothing during the program — your own lab environment and all tooling are covered, nothing to install. Afterward, if you want to run the tools yourself, we show you how they're set up — plan on roughly $200+/mo depending on usage, for the LLM and tools (Claude Code, Codex, and the like), paid to those providers, not to us. We say that out loud before you buy.

What's the early-bird deal?

The first 2 seats in each cohort go at the early-bird price — $1,350 for the track; after that it's $1,500. If you need an employer invoice, we'll send one.

How much time per week?

About 2 hours of live sessions each week — but plan for more than that. The live time guides you; you'll also work through the recorded tutorials and build on your own between sessions, so the live hours alone won't be enough. Budget a few extra hours a week for hands-on practice.

What's the difference between Track 1 and Track 2?

Track 1 (AI Operations & Automations Builder) covers inbox, automations, and assistants. Track 2 (AI Apps & Products Builder) covers websites, CRM, and a Company Brain. Take both as the full Agentic AI Builder program.
